What is's Returns policy ?

  • Order once placed cannot be cancelled, modified or returned.
  • If the order is lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including shipping charges.
  • If any defect is found in the product such as stains on fabric, torn stitches, defect in fabrics, it should be returned within 10 days of receipt thereof and the order will be promptly re-placed upon receiving the defective goods. Kindly note that damages, incurred due to neglect, improper usage or application at your end, will not be covered under our Returns Policy. Replacement of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.

How will I receive my Refund ?

  1. If the payment was made by Credit Card/Debit Card or Net-Banking, we can either reverse credit to the Credit Card/Debit Card or credit your Net-Banking account.
  2. If it suits your convenience, we can send "PAYABLE AT PAR" cheques for the refund amount.

How long will the refund process take ?

Typically the refunds are initiated within 2 days of Product Inspection after receipt of the product. Receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below:

  • Bank Transfer/NEFT 1-2 business days
  • Debit Card 5-7 business days
  • Credit Card 5-7 business days
For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers the time taken for refund depends finally on the bank. As much as we would love to expedite the same it all comes down to the bank in the end. You are also expected to assume additional delay for nationalised banks. Banks send an sms to customers for credit amount of more than Rs. 5000 only. In case your refund is less than Rs 5000 please check your bank account or credit card account.

How do I return a product for replacement?

You can easily return a product for replacement in a few simple steps :
  1. Place your item in its original packaging.
  2. Please make sure you insert the original invoice in the packaging.

Do you provide a pick up from home in case I want to return a product?

Unfortunately we do not provide such facility as of now.

I was supposed to receive my refund by now but I haven't. What do I do?

We inform our customers by e-mail regarding the refunds processed. However, you can call us at 033- 22354795 to know the status of refunds on any working day between 13:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs.
